2. Hosting with GitHub Pages

This information website is hosted by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Visiting the website involves processing technical connection data, particularly your IP address. GitHub states that IP addresses are logged and stored for security purposes. Other technical information may include request time, requested resource, browser, operating system and referring page.

The purpose is secure, reliable delivery of the website. Where we are responsible for this processing, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in secure operation and preventing abuse. GitHub manages the technical logs; we do not set a separate fixed retention period for them. 3. Email enquiries

The email link opens your own email app. Your email address, message and voluntary information are transmitted to us and the email providers involved only when you send a message. We use Google/Gmail to handle correspondence. See the Google Privacy Policy for its processing and international transfers.

We process your information to respond to your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or pre-contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) applies to other enquiries based on our legitimate interest in responding. We delete correspondence once the enquiry is resolved unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require further storage. Contact is voluntary; we need a reachable address to respond.

4. Cookies, analytics and external content

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, form services or embedded maps. No external fonts are loaded. The interactive product view and menu run locally in your browser without persistent storage. External pages open only when you follow their links.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Any consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. This notice covers the information website. No horse, location, health or training data is entered or stored here. The Hippovex app's data processing and any additional services will be described separately before its release.
